Vegan RecipesFreeze dried hot sauce 9/10 🥵 What should I freeze dry next? So far I’ve done: - guacamole - grapes - dragon fruit - cantaloupe - hot sauce If you’re new to freeze drying, here’s how a freeze dryer works: A freeze dryer works by first freezing the food. Then, it creates a vacuum that allows the frozen water in the food to sublimate—turning directly from ice into vapor without becoming liquid. Then, the vapor is removed. This preserves the food to last a long time without going bad and it makes the food crispy. #veganrecipes #freezedry #harvestright freeze dryer home freeze drying vacuum preservation sublimation food storage freeze dried fruits vegetables herbs lightweight portable shelf stable emergency food crisp texture long shelf life nutrient low temperature dehydration camping meals survival gear freeze drying process freeze drying pet treats astronaut food commercial freeze dryers fruit powders dairy freeze dried dehydrator excalibur food harvest veganrecipes #vegan #hotsauce #spicy #spicyfood
