TialeoniwrightHow I Quit V*ping after trying & failing 3 times: 1. Pick a Set Time Frame ( a date to quit and how long your challenging yourself to) : I chose 70 days as my goal. Having a clear, specific time frame made it easier to stay committed I told myself I could have it if I wanted it at the end of 70 days but purposefully set myself a long enough time 2 weeks was not long enough for me I would have started again. After hitting that milestone, it felt silly to start again. 2. Go Cold Turkey: I didn’t use nicotine patches or alternatives, because I wanted to break both the nicotine and the habit of the action itself. The first two weeks were horrendous, but after that it started to get easier, I warned everyone around me & also had amazing support. 3. Replace the Habit: I always had chewing gum with me. That became my substitute for the physical habit of vaping, and it helped a lot. 4. Find Your Reason to Quit: Make sure you have a strong reason. If you don’t have one, do a bit of research. Watch videos about the harms of vaping or read up on reasons others have quit. When you have a solid reason, you’ve got real motivation. The first two times I quit I hadn’t done this and diddnt really think vaping was bad for me I always told myself at least I’m not smoking 5. Stay Accountable: Tell people you’re quitting! Letting others know kept me accountable and made me want to stick to my goal. Hope this helps 🫶🏼 2026 is going to be your best year yet! xx #newyearnewme #growthjourney #quitvaping #selflove
