TialeoniwrightInstead of making them the excuse, make them the reason. ✨ Honestly, after having two babies, I kept hearing people say, ‘Your body will never be the same. You’ll have this and that change forever.’ And I think that kind of talk can be so damaging I see it all the time on social media & I think people feel like there doing a good deed ‘pre warning’ someone. It’s okay to acknowledge that our bodies change, but constantly telling new mums their bodies will be a certain way can mean that’s exactly what happens because that’s what they then believe and that belief becomes real. For me, I chose to change that. I made a vision board of how I wanted to feel and look, and kept telling myself how confident & happy I would feel in my body & how I will be the strongest version of me I have ever been and I’m still on my journey there. I’m not exactly where I want to be yet, but I’m getting stronger and fitter every day. I turned my children into my motivation rather than an excuse, and I focused on what I could control: my mindset and my actions: going to the gym, doing affirmations, creating a vision board, moisterising & oiling everyday. Your mindset truly does shape your life what you believe will happen is so powerful. So if you’re on this path too, just know you can write your own story. I’m on my way to being the best version of me, and you can be too. 💖 Don’t let other peoples opinions or perceptions shape your life x & if there’s one piece of advice I could give everyone research manifesting, have an open mind & if you want to see real change in your life take the steps #glowup #transformation #selflove #glowuptips #creatorsearchinsights
