The Lip BunnyCan I start with saying that this patient is truly beautiful inside and out š„¹šš©· When she came to me in October, she couldnāt quite put her finger on it, she just knew something felt off with her face. Thatās always my cue to slow way down and really assess whatās happening beneath the surface. After evaluating her facial structure, it was clear that filler placed in her smile lines, midface, and lips had become overfilled and was throwing off her natural balance. The most ethical and responsible decision was to dissolve and reset. Not the quickest option, not the easiest option, but the right one for her long term results. At the same time, we revisited her Botox plan. We focused on creating a more lifted, open look while also addressing her masseter muscles, which were overpowering and contributing to facial heaviness. The second photo you see was taken a few weeks later, after the Botox had fully kicked in but before we reintroduced any filler. Even at that stage, her face was already starting to come back into balance, softer, more lifted, more harmonious. Only after proper healing did we slowly and conservatively reintroduce filler over multiple visits. In the final photo, youāre seeing everything come together, lip filler, cheek filler, midface refinement, and Botox working cohesively to create beautiful, natural facial balancing. This wasnāt rushed, and it isnāt finished yet, intentionally. Filler is just one tool in aesthetics, and thoughtful results take time, patience, and trust. Sheās so happy with her progress so far and wanted her story shared because if this helps even one person understand that ethical, slow, intentional treatment truly matters, then itās worth it. š©·āØ
