Selesitila HarveyTrying to raise emotionally regulated little humans while realizing I’m still learning how to regulate myself. 🥲😂 Some days I’m modeling deep breaths and naming our feelings… and other days, I’m the one who needs a snack, a nap, and someone to tell ME to take a deep breath. 😭 But maybe that’s part of the healing, too. Learning alongside my boys, apologizing when I get it wrong, and showing them that big feelings are okay and we can always try again. ❤️ We’re not raising perfect kids. We’re learning to become emotionally healthy humans together. 🫶🏽 Please tell me I’m not the only mom who is learning these skills right alongside her toddlers. 😂👇🏽 #humor #motherhood #boymom #toddlermom #parenting
