Surf MesaMy progressive house awakening… A few years ago I wrote a topline called State of Mind with poppy baskomb Toby Scott and Paul Harris and felt like it was too melodic for me at the time. So I let it go to @kaskade Watching it connect with people made me realize something. The parts of you that feel “too much” are usually the most honest parts. I used to think melodic records weren’t me. But it turns out they were exactly me. It just hadn’t caught up yet. When you stop trying to fit in, everything changes lol
