Is it pizza? Is it salad? Our fresh and flavorful BLT Pizza with Angel Sweet® Tomatoes is a little bit of both! 🍕 🥗 Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Ingredients: ¼ Cup sour cream 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1 Lemon, juiced (about 1 tsp.) and zested 2 Garlic cloves 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted ½ lb. pizza dough, stretched and fully cooked 1 Head romaine lettuce, chopped 3 Slices cooked thick-cut bacon, cut into ½” pieces 1 Cup Angel Sweet tomatoes, halved 4 oz. shaved parmesan cheese Kosher salt Directions: 1. To make the dressing: In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Grate in 1 garlic clove and stir well. Set aside. 2. To the melted butter, grate in the remaining garlic clove and stir to combine. Brush the melted butter evenly over the baked pizza dough. 3. In a large mixing bowl, add romaine, bacon and tomatoes. Just before serving, toss with dressing to taste. 4. Add the salad to the top of the pizza and finish with lemon zest and shaved parmesan cheese. 5.
