Southwest AirlinesBehind every application is a dream. ✈️ For Manzel, being a Recruiter is about more than resumes and interviews. It’s a front-row seat to some of the most inspiring stories. That energy shows up by going above and beyond in every one of his interviews (usually with donuts, pom-poms, and a whole lot of high fives 😉). After guiding thousands of Candidates through big career moments, Manzel's advice is simple: be yourself. This month, we’ve celebrated our Employees, like Manzel, who show up every day to do exactly that. Thank you for inspiring us all to be our most authentic selves. 💙❤️💛 Interested in a career with Heart? Join our Talent Community: swa.is/JoinManzel
