SophieThe plan was arrive an hour and a half before start at the park and ride (which the organisers advised to do). We spent ages stuck on the slip road to enter the parking when we finally got told the P&R was shut. After running to the start line we accepted we’d miss the start and prayed they’d let us start late. Luckily we caught the back end of starters but then spent the whole race having to weave in and out of everyone’s to chance our target finish times 😭 #york10k #york #running #fail #hybrid @Ullahrunner
