SimonWelcome back to episodes 2 of learning a brand new trumpet concerto by Mario Venzago 🎺 Mario sent me a score, a deep foreword, and a MIDI file that sounds absolutely nothing like the music in my head 👀💀 So this is basically the process: read. try. SWEAR (maybe multiple times). write things down. try again. celebrate when it finally starts sounding like music 😎 Still figuring it out. More to come. #trumpet #contemporarymusic #trumpetsolo #foryou #trumpetplayer
