When your hair feels like it’s sticking together this is often because of a product issue. She was using drugstore shampoo and had a lot of built-up residue on her hair. We talked about clarifying it and switching to a higher quality shampoo and conditioner. Another reason your hair can feel stuck together is because you may just need a haircut and your cuticle is raised, causing tangles. We gave her a fresh cut to help with this problem.
