Youâve got several days to prepare so Future You doesnât have to suffer âŹď¸ â Start lowering your sleep debt now âł Shift your bedtime + wake time gradually (like 15â30 mins earlier) âď¸ Get bright light in the morning (yes, sunlight is free therapy and itâll help your new sleep schedule stick.) đ ââď¸Donât sleep in on Sunday! Donât do it! Itâll only prolong the grogginess. Tiny tweaks now = way less chaos next week. Or⌠we ignore this, and try again next year when our lives are âtogetherâ đ P.S.
