Ripley’sNobody knows the meaning of these faceless figures. 😳 Known as The Silent People, this eerie outdoor art installation was created by Finnish artist Reijo Kela in the 1980s. Each figure is made from wood, with a peat head covered in straw and donated clothing that gets changed twice a year. Believe It or Not!, Kela has never revealed what the mysterious figures mean.
