Renee Ricci | The 40+ EditLighting…It’s ALL about lighting when setting a cozy tone. I used to struggle with this because in our home, we basically only have overhead lighting. No wiring for sconces (literally makes me cringe) BUT…the good news is that there are so many options these days to get the lighting you want WITHOUT the hastle! 1) battery operated wall sconces 2) lamps 3) candles I have plenty of lamps around the home where I use the rechargeable bulbs (I either find a way to tuck the cord or I’ve also cut the cord), and every sconce I have on my walls is battery operated!
