Palina La Diva 🌐DJ ADVICE ⬇️ 1. Don’t wait for any opportunities to come to you. I always thought when I do xyz, then people will hit me up. But working for over 10 years in this industry no one will ever come and serve you opportunities. You have to always get your own opportunities and pitch yourself over and over again 2. Create a brand! This one is a tough one and if you’re interested comment below and I’ll make another video on how to do it. But start thinking what kind of DJ you are. I always make mind maps when I brainstorm for example 3. This one is huge! Don’t see other djs as competition and be rude to them. There’s honestly so many gigs out there and people always look for good djs! Try to network and become friends with everyone. Once I started giving djs opportunities my own career skyrocketed. I work with djs not against them 4. Post dj related content on your instagram! I see Instagram as my business card and book so many jobs from it. You don’t have to post every day but make sure that if a venue goes on your profile that they see that you’re a DJ and you’re serious about it #dj #femaledj #djtips #djadvice #djing #festival #startdjing #djlife
