Palina La Diva 🌐2023 GLOW UP I was considering if should post this or not but if I can maybe inspire just one person to make a change it’ll be worth it 🫶 This year has been probably the toughest one of my life. I started losing myself. My body and mental health started acting up in any way possible but I was ignoring it until I couldn’t anymore. I saw numbers on the scale that I’ve never seen before, because I worked out my entire life. I looked into the mirror and just couldn’t recognize myself. My hair started falling out a lot, I had skin inflammation all over my body, spots on my body where they would prescribe me the strongest things to get rid of them but nothing helped, I was still working out constantly but also that didn’t help with the weight loss or anything else. My motivation was getting less, I was tired more, started fainting because of stress, started having thyroid problems where they said that they want to remove my thyroid, I was constantly sad and just didn’t understand how my life turned out this way. I was always a very outgoing person, always meeting new people enjoying life to the fullest, always planning a new adventure, going after the next goal, being surrounded by people that want more in life that inspire me to be better and work harder. Usually my solution is: work harder, then everything will get better. Well I tried and things actually got worse because I was making all this money, but just didn’t enjoy my life and was spending money on useless stuff like ordering food all the time. I moved to Miami, one of the craziest cities in the world with so much going on, and I would be spending most of my time at home figuring out other peoples problems. Since I’ve been working (from 14 years old) I was never watching TV or even owning one. I just loved experiencing real life and not wasting time watching useless stuff on TV. And here I was mostly at home watching TV and eating take out food. My personal nightmare. I decided to not take thyroid medicine which put me in life threatening risk but I knew that the pills would just cover up the problems and that I needed to change my whole life around and live the life that I want to live and heal from the inside out. I started to analyze every single point in my life and I understood that my life itself is great but my surroundings are not. I worked so hard to create the life that I want but if you’re with the wrong people it doesn’t make any sense. Other peoples problems were put on me, and I couldn’t handle that pressure. People turned out to be completely different from how I met them and I put pressure on myself to help them out of it. But the biggest lesson that I’ve learned this year is: you can’t figure out other peoples problems. They can’t demand for you to put your life to the side to put all focus on them. You can be there for support but you have to put your happiness first. You can’t force people to work on themselves or to change, that has to come from the person itself. So if you find yourself in a similar situation: choose yourself ❤️ That’s what I did and I found myself again. Now I’m waking up and choosing myself every single day and with me being happy I can be there for my loved ones as well. I fell in love with life all over again and live the life that I want to live. Healed my thyroid naturally and I am happier than ever I hope I was able to inspire some of you with this ❤️ be careful who you spend your time with. Energy is a real thing, trauma is a real thing and to change is your decision! If you want me to share tips on how to start, what has helped me, the changes that I made comment -> 💚 And I’ll make another video #glowup #transformation #recap #dj #mentalhealth #motivation #changeyourlife #thyroid
