PaigeTingeyBuilding a travel set using the Nikon Z5II through northeast Türkiye. @Nikon USA It’s hard to say what has made the biggest difference in my photography career, but every client who comes to me is asking for storytelling. You need to capture certain shots on the trip to set yourself up to build a story after it. Here’s what I go through in this video: * Easy ways to get a good variety * Capturing photos that change the mood (I like to focus on capturing different light) * How to build the set * Gear: bring gear that fits your travel style, the best camera is the one you will actually bring with you I used the Nikon Z5II on this trip which is an amazing hybrid camera for travel, here’s why: * 4K/60p plus 12-bit N-RAW recorded internally, no external recorder in the bag * Fast 273-point hybrid AF with eye tracking that held focus while I was moving and the subject was too * Up to 30fps for the quick moments and fast moving subjects * 3.2” tilting touchscreen for low angles in the river valleys and overheads in the villages * 30+ color presets in-camera, more Imaging Recipes downloadable through Nikon Imaging Cloud If you’ve been looking for a compact yet capable travel camera, you need to consider the Z5II! #nikonusa #travelphotography #storytelling #turkiye
