OhemaaYou don’t need a full face of special-effects makeup to show up for Halloween. This one is mostly an eyeliner pencil, a black shadow, and a little blending. It’s soft and spooky, and it works on deep skin without going ashy or gray. I chose purple and blue over stark white because those shades show up beautifully on melanin-rich skin in photos.
