IyaniiMy team and I had the privilege of spending time with students from Huruma Girls and having an open, honest conversation with 1,400students about the rising cases of school unrest and the unfortunate incidents of schools being burned. The discussions were insightful, respectful, and full of hope. It was encouraging to see young people willing to speak, listen, and reflect on how they can become part of the solution. Change begins with conversations, understanding, and choosing dialogue. This visit was purely part of my Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, with no agenda other than giving back, listening to our young people, and encouraging positive change. Thank you to the school administration, teachers, and especially the students for welcoming me and engaging so openly.
