Nicolecluvsrecovery 🐞 🍒 🐻Okay here’s a lil story for you, in August I’ll have six years sober but I’ve been on a plant journey for only four, the first two years I focus deeply on being sober and staying sober but also at the same time they had me on all these mental meds and i was a complete zombie also not very productive either all I did was sleep, so many people said I should try to drop all the meds and try a plant journey to help with my chronic pain my anxiety my sleep and that’s what I did and it was the best decision in my recovery journey.
