mixxmayhemSimple crockpot beef stew 😋 🥘 Ingredients: -3lbs choice of meat (I used chuck roast) -1.5 bag of baby red potatoes cut -5 small/medium carrots cut -1 small yellow onion sliced -1 can of cream of mushroom -1 packet brown gravy mix -1 packet each ranch seasoning -1 1/2 cups beef broth -salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder to taste Instructions: Oil meat on both sides and season to preference. Heat a pan to low/medium and sear meat on all sides. Place in crock pot. Place chopped potatoes, carrots and onion in over meat. Mix gravy mix, cream of mushroom and ranch packet into beef broth. Mix well. Pour over meat and veggies. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours. Enjoy! 😊 #crockpot #beefstew #simplerecipes #mealprep #comfortfood
