Natasha JadeEvery level at our studio trains under a strict, color-coded dress code. Each level has its own assigned color, and that is intentional. It keeps the room visually cohesive, it reinforces discipline, and it creates a clear pathway of progression. When a dancer advances into a higher-level color, it feels earned. Our students respect that structure, and our faculty holds that standard every day. To balance that structure with individuality, we build in “dress-down weeks” about once a month. That’s when dancers can show personality, creativity, and style—often tied to an upcoming holiday so they can lean into festive accessories or fun themed outfits. It keeps the culture healthy: consistent training standards, clear expectations, and regular moments where dancers can simply enjoy expressing who they are.
