Millennial In DebtFor those that want to invest but want to keep their risks low I re-introduce to you low cost index funds This is my favorite way to diversify and not only see gains but also earn DIVIDENDS! Every index fund mentioned also pays out dividends. (A 2fer in my book) while diversifying my portfolio. I also invest in VNQ (a reit) which gives me exposure to real estate without having to be a landlord!
