During this time you may hear some conflicting reports on whether or not companies are still actively hiring around this time of year. The truth is, it we don’t know who is going to accelerate their hiring in time for the new year and who is going to hold off until January. But it’s best to put yourself in the best possible position to land a new role! That means if others are easing up on applications — you’re going harder and getting in front of as many recruiters and hiring managers as you can!
