MIA ✯One thing nobody prepares you for after surgery is the swelling. I honestly thought I'd see my final results right away, but I was wrong. Recovery takes time, patience and PROPER CARE. Just look of how much of a difference my massage therapist has made on body during my recovery journey. Lymphatic massages became a HUGE part of my recovery, I don't know what I would do without them...These massages aren't just for postop patients.
