24 months can change your entire life. 🥹🤍 Looking back at the girl I was genuinely breaks my heart because nobody knew how much I was struggling behind closed doors. I was in an 8 year relationship, and somewhere along the way, I completely lost myself. I spent so many years loving someone else that I forgot what it felt like to love ME. Walking away from a life I’d known for almost a decade was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I didn’t just lose a relationship, I lost the future I thought I’d have, the person I thought I’d grow old with and a version of myself I could never get back. I’ve lost so much weight, but the biggest transformation has been within myself. I’ve learned my worth, found the courage to start over and realised that being alone doesn’t mean being unhappy. I’m still healing, still finding myself and taking each day as it comes. Some days are harder than others, but I’m slowly becoming someone I’m proud of. This was never just about losing weight. It was about losing myself, surviving the heartbreak and finding the strength to build a whole new life. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that sometimes the life you thought you wanted has to fall apart for you to discover the life you actually deserve. 🥹🤍 #transformation #weightlosstransformation #selflove #gastricsleeve #glowup
