MAM BabyIf you’ve chosen to formula feed, the prep might seem overwhelming, but once you get the hang of it, it will be second nature! Follow these simple steps: 1️⃣ Wash hands and clean/sterilise bottle 2️⃣ Boil 1L of tap water (leave to cool for no more than 30 minutes) 3️⃣ Pour water into bottle 4️⃣ Add formula powder (check formula packaging for measurements as brands may differ) 5️⃣ Gently mix until fully dissolved 6️⃣ Check temperature of milk (it should feel lukewarm, not hot) And remember: ❗️Don't pour boiling water when preparing a bottle (wait at least 20-30 minutes to allow the water to cool to 70°C) ❗️Feed your baby within 2 hours of making the bottle ❗️Don’t prepare a feed while holding your baby #MAMUK
