Mads lewis (yezak)well I don't think life's giving me lemons at the moment & I honestly never imagined I would be making this post so soon after sharing our happy news. On Monday, we shared that we were expecting our sweet baby, and we were so excited to finally let you all in on this little piece of our lives. We had already started dreaming, planning, and imagining what our life would look like with our baby here. Thursday, we went in for an ultrasound and found out that there was no longer a heartbeat. Our baby had passed away. We are completely heartbroken. There really aren't words for the kind of sadness we're feeling right now. It all happened so quickly, and we're still trying to process that the baby we were just so excited to share with the world is no longer with us. We know so many of you were excited with us, prayed for us, and sent us so much love after our announcement. Please know how much that has meant to us. Our baby was so loved, even in such a short time, and will always be a part of our family. We're going to take some time to be together, grieve, and heal. Thank you for giving us grace and for keeping our family in your prayers. We love you all. July 26th - October 1st 🪽🩷
