Jasmine & Musashispiced chicken tartine with fried basmati when you’re freestyle cooking, look for the connections in your ingredients and tie them together with a cuisine. this will help narrow your seasoning options and help you feel less overwhelmed on where to start. I purposefully didn’t add any salt to the jus because the chicken stock was seasoned already with soy sauce and salt.
