Luwam RussomI didn’t want to make a big deal out of this but I wanted to clear up the confusion around why I didn’t compete after being chosen as an MVP I arrived in Zurich with a minor injury that got much worse after my first battle. The physio team did everything they could but after 2,5 hours I still wasn’t feeling better. With a heavy heart and a small fear that I might make it worse I decided to withdraw from this year’s World Final. I’m incredibly sad that things had to end this way after such a dream National Final. 💔 Thank you to everyone who reached out and supported me.
