LightroomA quiet moment on the dunes of the Sahara, captured by @Long-Nong Huang on Instagram) 🐫. #MadeWithLightroom “I had the incredible opportunity to go on a desert trek in Morocco with nomads in February, walking for five days through the Sahara. We came across this large dune, which created a beautiful and minimalistic backdrop. With my editing, I aimed to highlight the simplicity of the scene and create a soft, reduced look that draws the viewer’s attention to the main subject. I reduced clarity and dehaze in most parts of the image to achieve a dreamy and gentle atmosphere, while increasing clarity and contrast on the nomads to make them stand out. The sky was quite bright, so I brought back some details, which helped to create a complementary color palette with the subtle blues of the sky and the nomads’ clothing, contrasting with the warm orange brown tones of the sand and camels. Finally, I added a small mask in the top left to enhance the soft light and make it more perceptible to the viewer."
