The perfect sentimental ornaments & make the perfect gifts!🎅🏻🎄 ✨Air Dry Clay Ornaments✨ -air dry clay (I used the Crayola brand) -UV resin kit (l linked mine from Amazon) -rolling pin -knife to cut out handprints -bowl of water -straw or skewer for ribbon hole -acrylic paint + brushes -glitter pen (optional, but it was the perfect finish) ✨Roll out clay onto a cutting board, parchment paper or cookie sheet (something you can move around since these need a while to dry) until about a 1/4”- 1/2” thick. ✨Press hand/foot firmly into the clay. Push down each individual finger and palm for a good shape! Move hand and cut around each print until all the excess clay is gone. Dip your finger in water and rub out any cracks or rough spots around the edges. ✨Use your skewer or straw to poke a hole for your ornament ribbon. Let clay dry for 1-3 days (depending on how humid it is and how thick the clay is- clay will turn white when dry). ✨Paint your ornaments. I used a glitter gel pen to add a little sparkle and to outline some of the details. ✨Once the paint is completely dry, you can add your resin to harden and protect your ornament! I just followed the instructions from the kit.
