Lexi Comercopycat trader joe’s butternut squash mac n cheese recipe!! so yummy and easy to make at home for dinner. trust me it’s DELISH and so worth a try! let me know if you try it!! recipe at end! #cooking #easyrecipe #recipe #dinnerideas #traderjoes recipe: - 2 cups butternut squash - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt - 1/4 cup onion - 2 tbsp butter - 2 tbsp flour - 2 cups whole milk - season to taste: garlic, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, paprika, thyme, parmesan black garlic - 1 tbsp dijon mustard - splash of pasta water - 1-2 cups of cheese (i used shredded colby bc it’s what i had, id use cheddar, gouda, parmesan!) - 16 oz pasta (i used penne but would def use rigatoni)
