⭐️ Hailey MF Fernandes ⭐️what’s crazy is i weigh the exact same in both clips 😃😃 the first video i was already into my fitness journey & had made a lot of progress but i just cut down weight. i was in no way “fat” but was clearly still very unhappy with my body. this is what i call “skinny fat”. i only focused on counting calories, doing cardio, & barely lifted bc i was afraid of getting bulky ☺️❤️ yet i had literally no shape and losing more weight without building anything was actually making me look WORSE 🤣!! lol hopefully this can motivate someone to not be afraid of weights and start freakinggg lifting. alsooo this is ur friendly reminder why soley getting smaller n smaller should not be the goal. focus on building muscle & losing body FAT!!!! not just weight gang. ok bye i love u full outfit after @DFYNE - dc ‘gaymer’ ❤️🔥 #fyp #fatloss #lifting #bodytransformation #gymgirl
