La’Ron®🎤#Ad I partnered with @QuickBooks for their Ask The Expert series to spotlight small business owners making a positive impact in their communities. Coming back home to Brookhaven, Mississippi, gave me a whole new appreciation for the small businesses that help keep communities connected. For this episode, I got to step behind the scenes with someone who’s been pouring into our community for years. My mom, Katrina Hines and her business, Kids R Us Learning Center. From the long hours to the work people don’t always see, this experience reminded me how much passion, resilience, and dedication it takes to run a small business.Growing up, I saw her go to work every day. But getting to experience it firsthand gave me a completely different perspective on entrepreneurship and leadership. Small businesses are more than businesses.
