Mr. WonderfulConsultants should be very worried about AI. Too many spend years advising businesses without ever making decisions of consequence themselves. Eventually, that becomes a problem. AI is already replacing a lot of the work they do, and if you want to lead, you need to learn how to make real decisions, take responsibility, and live with the outcome.
