Melt 3 tbsp butter in a large pan. Add 1 bag of Jet-Puffed Jumbo Star Marshmallows and stir until completely melted. 2. Add 6 cups of KELLOGG'S®️ RICE KRISPIES®️ Red & Blue Color Mix Cereal and gently stir until evenly coated. 3. Press the mixture into a flat layer and let it cool. Cut into small squares. 4. Add raspberries, blueberries, and Rice Krispies onto skewers, alternating to create a red, white, and blue pattern. 5. Optional: Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut the Rice Krispies treats into stars instead of squares.
