Ingredients: • 3–4 sweet potatoes • ½ cup butter • ¼ cup milk • 2 eggs • 1 ¼ cup Kellogg’s Corn Flakes®️ • 1–2 tbsp brown sugar • 1 ½ cups Jet-Puffed mini marshmallows Cook and mash the sweet potatoes, then mix with butter, milk, and eggs until smooth. Transfer to a pan and sprinkle a little brown sugar on top. In a small bowl, combine Kellogg's Corn Flakes, brown sugar, and melted butter, then layer over the sweet potatoes along with rows of Jet-Puffed mini marshmallows. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown! 🤎
