@kekepalmer
Keke™Bringing Pilates to unsuspecting places is exactly why I wanted my certification! Thanks @Blueface for letting me introduce you to Pilates. This practice gave me new life when it became an everyday non-negotiable, the discipline it requires elevated my life in more ways than one and I think it's a practice that should be more accessible in the community. More to come! @PracticeByPalmer, who should I teach next??
