Katerina@DFYNE dc KATE10 ❤️ Reminder that what you see online isn't always real. Nowdays, it takes seconds to photoshop your body. Want a smaller waist? Done. Slimmer arms? Done. Bigger glutes? Done. Perfect skin and ideal body? All it takes is a few clicks in an app. That's why comparing yourself to people online is so dangerous. You might be comparing yourself to someone who doesn't even exist - just a heavily edited version of reality. Remember this next time you catch yourself comparing to someone on social media and ask yourself - "Am I really measuring my worth against filters and fake perfection?" Real strength comes from taking care of your body, your mind, and loving yourself as you are, because those little imperfections? They're what make you YOU. No one can copy them - and that's what makes you perfect 🤍 Don't fall for the illusion. Be proud of your reality 🫶🏻 #realbody #realitycheck #gymbody #gymgirls #gym
