Joe BaeBlue 💙 is out now! I’ve been trying to figure out my sound as an artist and felt such lack of confidence as of late. “Blue” was just almost a casual, throwaway song I made from a beat intended for somebody else. I even wrote a bunch of metaphorical lyrics in the 1st version that I just stripped down to more stream of consciousness. I finished it off by leaning into the natural tone of my voice and learning to embrace the limitations I have. I hope you can enjoy the song and let me know what you think!
