- 3 ways to get back on track after Dashain 🌾 Dashain was a refreshment break, not a reason to quit. If fitness is already part of your life, a few days of tika, khasi ko masu, and sel roti won’t undo your progress. Back on track hune tarika simple xa: 1️⃣ Khana: Eat balanced home meals and skip the extra helpings for a few days. 2️⃣ Activity: Gym, walk, jesukai. Just move every day. 3️⃣ Sleep + Hydration: Sleep well, and drink plenty of water, especially after alcohol. No detox. No crash diet. No punishment workouts. Just the basics, done consistently. Ani sadhai bahana banaune ho bhane… Tihar pani aaudai xa 😄 Save this for after Tihar too. . . . #NepaliFitness #FitnessNepal #Dashain2026 #KathmanduFitness #NepaliGym
