avery laurenfood prep >>> meal prep 🌱 unless meal prepping is absolutely necessary (aka i have a crazy busy week ahead), i much prefer to food prep over meal prep. by “food prep” i mean preparing certain ingredients and recipes so that when i cook throughout the week, some of the busy work is already done. every Sunday i always wash, prep and store away my produce and i also make some recipes that i know will last well throughout the week. an hour or two on sunday is always worth the time I save during the week! #foodprep #foodprepping #mealprep #mealprepideas #mealideas #mealprepsunday #mealplanning #mealinspo
