avery laurenive been plant based for almost 7 years and have been with my non-plant based boyfriend for the entirety of that time. it has never been something that has really impacted our relationship and i think that all comes down to respecting one another; he has never questioned my diet and iโve never questioned his! moving in with each other last year forced us to really learn how to make simple, fast (all of these recipes took around 20 minutes to make!), and high-protein meals that can easily be altered for both of our diets. below are deets on the meals we had and how we swap out certain items to make it work for both of us ๐๐ผ breakfast: kite hill protein yogurt for me, chobani for him, bluebs, strawberries, cacao nibs, three wishes cinnamon cereal coffee: nespresso iced leggero pods, homemade coconut cashew milk, nutpods vanilla creamer lunch: chickpea salad for me, chicken salad for him. we both used cashew yogurt instead of mayo, sourdough bread, tomato, pickles. on the side he had barbeque honey twists and i had carrots & hummus snack: apple nachos (slide the apple thin!) topped with granola, hemp seeds and Eat All For protein apple cinnamon almond butter dinner: vegan chorizo for me, chicken for him, topped with pico, avocado, violife cheese, hot sauce in corn tortillas. served with homemade cilantro lime rice and siete canned refried beans. protein shake: ora organic protein and water #whatieatinaday #fulldayofeating ##fdoe #wieiad #20minutemeal
