IMJUSTBAITFor almost 20 years, every England men's senior international has donated their match appearance fee to charity. ❤️ The tradition began in 2007 when senior players agreed their England fees could make a bigger difference helping others than staying in their own bank accounts. Every player called up since has continued it through the England Footballers Foundation. Although the appearance fees are modest compared to Premier League wages, the donations have now exceeded £15 million, helping support organisations including UNICEF, Help for Heroes, The Bobby Moore Fund and dozens of community projects across the UK. It's one of English football's longest-running charitable traditions... and many fans still have no idea it exists. 👏🇬🇧 #england
