even tho these are inconvenient and sometimes difficult, taking antidepressants are so worth it for me! 🩷 i'm 9 months into my medication journey and i can say that there are definitely some great improvements! i find that i can function better and the ups and downs aren't as difficult to cope with unlike before 🩷 it still feels so weird and vulnerable to share this online, but i know in my heart that sharing this might help someone out 🩷 let me know if you guys have any questions and pls leave tips if you have any! #antidepressants #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness #depression
