HexCladBaking is an art form AND it’s a science. We took care of the science. Launching our first ever, Hybrid Bakeware line. Just like a baker, we tested our bakeware for a long time to get it right: We baked cookies and cakes (too many to count) on test sample after test sample, and had both professional and home bakers put these pans through their paces. The same rigor that goes into our cookware went into this set.
