Foodiaz: Pantry Recipe SearchAperol Spritz Ice Cream > Baskin Robins Ingredients: 1 cup Mascarpone 1 cup Cream Cheese 2 medium size oranges 2.5 oz Orange Juice 2 oz Aperol 5 tbsp Honey 1tsp orange zest Directions: -Cut the inside out of 2 small-med size oranges -Squeeze the juice and set aside -Add Mascarpone and cream cheese into a mixing bowl -Add freshly squeezed orange juice, Aperol, honey and 1 tsp of orange zest -Mix until smooth with an electric beater -Scoop the mixture into the orange cups and freeze for 6-8 hours. #icecream #aperol #homemade
