FiloliWhat’s Blooming with Brendan 🌱 Brendan’s back… and let’s just say he has a few thoughts about tulips this week! Join Filoli’s Director of Horticulture & Conservation as he takes us all over the gardens to share what’s putting on a spring show right now. This week’s highlights: 🌷 Tulips, tulips, and more tulips! 🌸 Redbuds beginning to pop around the pool 🌿 Woodland Garden magic beneath the forest shade 💐 Azaleas continuing a tradition from the Bourn and Roth eras 🪻 Early lilacs surprising us with their scent ahead of schedule And Brendan’s reminder before you go: a tulip bloom only lasts about nine days 😱 So if you’ve been thinking about visiting, this is your time! Which blooms are you heading out to see first? #tulipseason #springblooms #tulipsbayarea #whatsblooming
