FanaticsOn October 13, 1960 Bill Mazeroski hit the greatest home run in baseball history. A walk-off over the left field wall at Forbes Field that gave the Buccos a walk-off World Series championship over the Yankees. Every year, fans gather at the site of the old Forbes Field, listen to the taped broadcast of the play, and celebrate together. The tradition began in 1985 and continues all the way to yesterday when fans met for the 39th consecutive year. 🎥 @1986-92 Pittsburgh Pirates
